Booking Policies

Cancellations, waivers, deposits etc. – all of the necessary details you need to know, are listed below.

Wine, Beer or Spirits

All participants tasting any alcoholic beverages must be 19 years of age or older and carry 2 pieces of ID with them. If they ask you need to show it.

Waivers

All passengers are required to sign a liability waiver before each tour.

Deposits

When using the booking calendar, the system will take the total of 1 persons tour rate, GST and the booking fee at the time of booking, no matter how many people are in your group. All the others in your group will pay for the tour at the end of the day when we drop you off at your accommodations.

Payment Methods

All Major Credit Cards are accepted, Visa, Master Card, AMX and we will also accept Cash or e-Transfers

Cancellations

Unforeseen circumstances can come up that are out of our control, therefore, cancellations happen. No problem, however, please be kind and let us know as soon as possible so we can re-book your seats. You can cancel up to 3 days prior to your tour date to receive a refund of your deposit less the processing fee. Cancelling after will result in no refund. Thank you for your understanding.
